Once your order has been completed, we will send you an email with “Receipt from G.Tranquility G.K.”

The statement issued by your credit card company is also a document that can be used in place of a receipt.

For credit/debit card payments, the payment has already been made when the order is completed.

Since this is not invoice payment, we do not issue invoices.
